The Santa Clara Valley Water District is permitting a crew of contractors to work tomorrow, Feb. 24 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. to prepare an inside access road for the upcoming delivery of a large pre-constructed building to the Rinconada Water Treatment Plant.
Ten contractors will use an excavator compactor and one roller to work on the road located between the existing clarifier, flocculation and sedimentation basins and the ozone contactor building. The delivery of the large building is scheduled for March.
The district is not allowing on Saturday any work or construction traffic near or through the Granada Way gate entrance. If there are any concerns with the work, please contact the district’s Neighborhood Liaison Tony Mercado via his cell at 408-426-1039.
