The design phase of the Reliability Improvement Project is about 30 percent complete and the project team is banking on continued support from the water district’s board of directors to stay on track for a targeted 2015 construction start date.
On Jan. 14, the team will formally update the board on its progress. You can read the complete agenda item, now posted on the district web page, by clicking here.
The team and its consultant – Camp Dresser and McKee (CDM Smith) – reached the 30 percent milestone last October after starting the design phase last February. They expect to complete the stage this year.
